The house

The Windwood House is a two story home built on stilts. It sits over 14′ up, offering beautiful views.

The first floor is where the main living space is. There’s a full equipped kitchen, living room with a dining table and a balcony with outdoor seating. The third bedroom is also located on the first floor along with a full bathroom.

The second floor features the master bedroom, complete with a private balcony, the second bedroom and another full bathroom.

Below the home there are two covered parking spots, a laundry room (available for your use), room to walk your dog and a short path to the beach. There are not neighbors to the immediate left or right of the house so you can expect a nice amount of privacy at the beach. Also, there is enough parking for a few vehicles between the covered area and the front yard.
